Supporting Documents

Applicants from Vietnam must attach the following supporting documents to their application through OASIS. Recommended maximum size is 2MB. If your supporting document is several pages long, and will not fit under 2MB, split the document into two or more files, numbering the files “part 1 of 2”, “part 2 of 2” etc.

Academic/Professional Referee Reports

Referees may send their reference reports by:

Scanning and sending the soft copy of the report as an attachment to info@aas.websitedep.vn, including applicant’s full name and OASIS ID (AASXXXXXX), or
Providing applicants with the original hard copy of the report in a sealed, signed envelope. Applicants should then post the sealed envelope to Aus4Skills at below address. Please indicate applicants’ full name and OASIS ID on the envelope.

Masters by Research Applicants must:

Submit a summary research proposal on application that includes methodology, timelines and a brief literature review (no template available)

Have reports from two referees using the academic or the professional referee report

Provide a list of relevant publications

Provide the name of a proposed supervisor in Section 8 of the Application Form and upload evidence of supervisor contact at application

Supply evidence of past research and highlight outcomes (e.g. copies of relevant emails and correspondence should be uploaded with the application).
